Strategic Direction Strategic Priorities
Services  1. Articulate/identify core services and develop a quality improvement plan
2. Update policies
3. Focus on client safety
4. Reduce wait times
5. Develop or strengthen/enhance partnerships and collaboration (including Twelve Step programs, mental health, National Native Alcohol and Drug Abuse Program [NNADAP])
Communications 1. Develop a communications plan
2. Increase Board education/understanding about AFM
Stewardship 1. Complete policy, systems organizational structure review
2. Develop long-range plan for increased resources
3. Develop Human Resources Plan including a focus on a healthy and safe work environment
